Although Elite Performance Plumbing did not do any work for us, I was very pleased with the honesty and open communication throughout the quotation process. Jacob came out to quote a septic tank replacement. He did a thorough survey of the existing conditions and provided three options with pricing. We got them booked, but unfortunately schedules and weather did not cooperate and we had to have another contractor come out to do the work. Jacob was upfront and communicative throughout and I have no doubt that the quality of his work would have matched the quality of the customer experience during the quoting stage of the project. We will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.
