I Do at The Barn, owned and operated by Shelbie Salyer, is a charming wedding venue located in Richmond, Kentucky. The venue features a 5,000 square-foot barn equipped with modern amenities, including heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfort for guests year-round. An outdoor pavilion connected to the barn offers couples the option of an outdoor ceremony with the convenience of an indoor reception, seamlessly accommodating various wedding styles and weather conditions.
The venue comfortably seats up to 200 guests and provides table linens and access to an array of in-house decorations at no additional cost, simplifying the planning process for couples. The bridal suite is thoughtfully designed to accommodate bridal parties, ensuring a comfortable and convenient preparation space. The absolute perfect wedding for us! The owners were incredible to work with, very responsive and attentive the weekend of the wedding. The barn and property are immaculate and beautiful. One of the prettiest barns in Kentucky by far! The venue was a treasure chest of surprises in the storage closets, we found things we didn’t know we needed. Having tables/chairs and outdoor cocktail tables provided is a huge cost savings. The bridal suite is perfect, we had 8 girls get ready with no issues.

Where do I start? The owners were terrific to work with. They always answered any questions I had. Great price and available decorations to where I didn't have to buy linens and some major decor. I got the venue Friday and Saturday with the package we chose. I will always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a venue.

The Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding. We had 100 guests with ample room, both in terms of seating and for the dance floor. The two story seating ensured everyone had a front row seat to all parts of the reception, and the covered patio was a wonderful touch for our outside, late August ceremony. The owners always responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner, and made the Barn available to use on multiple occasions prior to our booking. You will not find an easier group to work with that will do anything they can to make your event spectacular!
